Drove from Atlanta a couple months ago (parents live in the Savannah area) to have my AC compressor addressed, and heard good things about Dixie. They were fast and friendly and were able to address a number of components within a reasonable price. Fast forward to today, a few months later, and my AC had gone out again. Luckily I was in the area and brought the vehicle in on Monday at 7:30 AM. They were able to address the issue, that was under warranty, and had me back on the road by noon. As a family that’s just migrating to the area - it’s great to know we have a fast and friendly shop that we can rely on. One who stands fully behind their work/parts.

On my 500 mi drive from northern VA, my 2010 Range Rover threw a low brake fluid warning. Tire shop guy saw no leaks. Had just had brake work at home, so ??? At 20 more miles, same thing. Well, my new dydraulic pump may have accentuated my many brake line pin holes, so both sides of the car needed full replacement. It's hard to find RR parts and harder to find top mechanics like Dixie who will help a lady stranded on the road! So grateful....

I am not local to Savannah, but had Dixie Motors recommended to me as I found myself in need of a new car battery, for a VW which is not as simple as I assumed. I called yesterday, they got me in immediately the next morning and they were so incredibly kind and transparent throughout the entire process. They got me in right away at my appointment time and I walked out within an hour with a new battery and a huge weight off my shoulders! I highly recommend these folks for your car repair needs.

I really appreciate the customer service, as well as the top-of-the-line repair service offered by Dixie Motors. The work is performed quickly, and I always have an idea of what the repairs will cost beforehand, so there are no surprises.
